The People Behind It
Created by: Our chef, Andres. Our very talented chef is hand making the dough for the panzos. The fillings are also prepared completely by him and trying to maximize the use of local produce.
The Inspiration: His expertise in Italian style cuisine.
About the Business
We are a very small team who enjoy working together and get along well. We have been brewing since 1996 the brewery has one myriads of awards between a lot of our beers.
