Our Pumpkin Spice Brioche Scroll is a fall-inspired take on a classic café favourite. A soft, buttery brioche dough is rolled with a spiced pumpkin and cinnamon filling, then finished with a creamy pumpkin spice frosting.

We wanted to put a seasonal spin on one of our most-loved café classics. Pumpkin and warming spices felt like the perfect way to welcome fall in Revelstoke.

Our kitchen team loves creating food that feels familiar and comforting, while finding small ways to make it special. This scroll was developed and baked in-house by the Spilt Milk team.
