Description

By offering a benefit to the Revelstoke Ambassador Program, your business connects directly with 500+ participants each year from across Revelstoke’s workforce. Ambassadors complete specialized customer service training designed to build confidence, knowledge, and pride in sharing what our community has to offer. 

The benefits not only incentivize participants to complete the program, but also encourage them to experience local businesses firsthand, making them more engaged advocates for Revelstoke, and your business.

This program engages employees across sectors - from retail and hospitality to recreation and professional services - all of whom contribute to Revelstoke’s visitor experience. When Ambassadors experience your business firsthand through a benefit, they become genuine advocates, creating authentic word-of-mouth and stronger connections between your business, the workforce, and the visitors they interact with every day.

Cost: Free with membership

What we need from you: 

  • A compelling benefit (discount, exclusive offer, or free experience + your T's & C's) + agreement to program terms
  • Your logo

What you get:

  • Inclusion in the Ambassador Benefit Pass distributed to 500+ participants each year
  • Exposure in the bi-monthly Ambassador newsletter (1,000+ highly engaged subscribers)
  • Recognition as a community supporter enhancing the visitor experience

Timing:

The Ambassador Program runs twice a year, over winter and summer. 

If you operate year round, you can either submit one benefit for both seasons, or two different benefits to showcase your seasonal wares and services.
