Revelstoke Workforce Hub Launches to Support Local Talent and Employers
Revelstoke, BC — October 2025
The Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the official launch of the Revelstoke Workforce Hub — a centralized, community-driven platform designed to connect job seekers, employers, and newcomers with the tools and resources they need to thrive in Revelstoke’s dynamic labour market.
The Workforce Hub is a direct response to the evolving needs of Revelstoke’s business community and workforce. It brings together job listings, visa and immigration information, career development tools, and community integration programs — all in one accessible, user-friendly space.
“This is more than a job board,” said Caroline Lachapelle, CEO of the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce. “The Workforce Hub is a strategic investment in our people and our economy. It’s about creating a welcoming, informed, and connected workforce — one that reflects the diversity, ambition, and opportunities of Revelstoke.”
A One-Stop Resource for Living, Working, and Thriving in Revelstoke
The Workforce Hub includes:
- A curated job board featuring local opportunities across all sectors — from hospitality and trades to health care and creative industries.
- Visa and immigration guidance for temporary and permanent workers, including pathways to residency and employer-specific programs.
- The Revelstoke Ambassador Program, which offers training in local knowledge and customer service excellence, plus perks from participating businesses.
- Career Skills for Success, a free program delivered in partnership with Okanagan College to support upskilling and certification.
- Information that touches on the social sector portion of living in Revelstoke and how to access local resources, open a bank account, file taxes and more complex subjects.
Whether someone is new to town, returning for another season, or looking to build a long-term career, the Hub is designed to meet them where they are — and help them take the next step.
Supporting Employers and Strengthening the Local Economy
For employers, the Hub offers a streamlined way to post jobs, attract qualified candidates, and connect with resources that support recruitment and retention. It also reflects the Chamber’s broader commitment to workforce development, business advocacy, and economic resilience.
“We know that workforce challenges are one of the biggest barriers to business growth in Revelstoke,” added Lachapelle. “This Hub is part of a larger strategy to address those challenges head-on — by making it easier to find talent, support workers, and build a more inclusive and sustainable local economy.”
The Revelstoke Workforce Hub was developed by the Chamber as part of the growth of their Ambassador Program and informed by years of advocacy, research, and community feedback. It reflects the Chamber’s belief that economic development starts with people — and that a strong workforce is the foundation of a thriving community.
The Hub is now live at https://revelstokechamber.com/workforcehub. The Ambassador Program is supported by the Resort Municipality Initiatives funding provided by the City of Revelstoke.
