Chamber Après' are our monthly evening networking session that give you the chance to host members in your own business or in a unique local venue, setting the stage for an evening of relaxed networking and meaningful conversation. Whether you’re looking to introduce your space, launch a new product or service, or simply connect with other local professionals in a casual setting, Après is your platform.
As the host, you design the experience. from the atmosphere to the food and drinks, and we’ll handle the promotion to our membership and community network. You’ll also have dedicated speaking time to welcome attendees, share your story, and set the tone for the conversations that follow.
Partnership Cost: Free
Frequency & Timing:
- Chamber Après take place once a month - we set aside the second Tuesday of the month
- We recommend the event be no more than 1.5 hours in length, between 5:00 - 7:30
Host Responsibilities:
- Arrange the venue, provide adequate food* to accompany beverages, plus a door prize
- Be the main point of contact for set-up and logistics
- Provide a short welcome/speaking segment, and prepare for questions
*Note - Food provided should be more substantial if event goes on later than 6:30pm.
Chamber Deliverables:
- Event promotion through the Chamber’s newsletter, social media, and website
- Event registration management
- On-site support from Chamber staff
- Recognition as the exclusive host for that Après
