With over 20 years of experience in the interior design industry, Kim Offord has built a diverse and accomplished career that spans residential, commercial, and hospitality design, with expertise in both renovations and new construction. From an early age, Kim was drawn to the art and functionality of design, and this passion has guided every step of her professional journey.

Throughout her career, Kim has worn many hats, working for companies of all sizes and in a variety of roles. Her experience includes working as a draftsperson for architects and interior designers, working as lead designer and project manager for home builders and renovation companies, collaborating with international design firms, and working closely with home and business owners, contractors and trades on everything from design to budget and project execution. As both an employee and freelance designer, Kim has developed a well-rounded skill set that encompasses design conceptualization, project management, and team leadership.

Kim believes that a well-rounded education and hands-on experience are key to understanding the full scope of any design project. Her ability to navigate different facets of the industry—from home styling and project leadership to acting as principal interior designer on projects big and small—has made her both adaptable and creative, with a keen understanding of the various stakeholders and processes that contribute to a successful project.

When she's not working on design projects, Kim enjoys spending time at home in Revelstoke, BC with her husband, Nate, and their dog, Riley. She also has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new destinations for inspiration.
