About

CMI is a non-profit that serves as an association for people working in applied ecology - this includes land managers, biologists of all disciplines, foresters, ecosystem restoration specialists, Indigenous governments, etc. We provide professional development opportunities in the form of courses on field-based and data sciences, workshops on a wide variety of topics, conferences of complex land-management conundrums, etc. CMI has been in operation since 1996.
