Weekend Retail Associate / Florist
Weekend Retail Associate/ Florist to work in our florist and gift shop starting this spring!
Hours: Saturday and Sunday- 10:45am- 5pm*
(summer hours may shift one hour earlier)
-Opening and closing Shop
-Greeting and assisting customers
-Setting up the floral display and keeping it stocked.
-Taking phone orders and processing online orders.
-Processing and preparing flowers for pick up and delivery.
-Maintaining the shop- keeping it clean and organized.
-Designing and creating various floral arrangements (both fresh and dried) -Managing inventory of flowers, supplies, and other products.
The ideal candidate has:
A love for flowers. Previous floral design experience is an asset.
An intimate relationship with your houseplants.
Experience with customer service and is a good communicator. 
The ability to maintain an organized and tidy workspace 
An eye for detail, desire to be creative and can work independently.
