Studio Support + Coordinator

We are a boutique interior design studio based in Revelstoke, creating thoughtful, layered homes that feel personal, elevated, and deeply intentional.  We are growing and looking for a highly organized, proactive studio support person + coordinator to add to our team behind the scenes and on site.  This is not a design position.  This role is the operational backbone of our projects. Core Purpose of the Role

To support the studio’s day-to-day operations, project logistics, and on-site coordination so designers can stay focused on creative direction and client relationships.  You will support our designers by managing project logistics, procurement, site coordination, and studio organization.  Your work ensures our creative team can stay focused on design while you keep projects flowing smoothly.  You are detail-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable juggling many moving parts.  Extremely strong communication skills are required.

Job Description:

  • Liaising and assisting studio manager and designers
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files
  • Maintain the materials library and sample organization
  • Prepare materials and documents for various projects
  • Assist with internal project progress and tracking
  • Keep up to date with flow of work and project scope of multiple concurrent projects
  • Track lead times and follow up on shipments
  • Inspect incoming items for damage or discrepancies
  • Attend installs and key site visits
  • Document site progress
  • Ensure all items are on site and accounted for prior to install days
  • Assist with unpacking, organizing, and styling under direction
  • Asset but not necessary:
    • Day to day social media
    • Liaising with marketing person
    • Keeping marketing and website up to date

 

Position Details:

  • Based in Revelstoke BC (not a remote position)
  • ‎30-40 hours per week
