Store Support & Coordinator

Job Title: Store Support & Coordinator
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Store Support & Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist customers with paint selection

-Mix and tint paint accurately using in-store equipment.

-Receive, organize, and stock incoming orders and inventory.
-Provide on-site support, including measuring windows for blinds, moving boxes, setting up furniture.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment.

-Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team.

-Deliver excellent customer service both in-store and on-site.

Qualifications:

-Strong communication and organizational skills.

-Ability to lift and move paint cans and other store merchandise.

-Comfortable learning paint mixing systems and product knowledge.

-Experience in retail, paint, home improvement, or window coverings is an asset but not required.

-Valid driver's license and personal vehicle is needed for on-site visits.

-Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
