Salary/Wages: Approximately $40,000 annually plus up to $40,000 in commissions. Plus benefits.

Job Description:

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Executive is a key player in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. This role involves generating leads, delivering product presentations, and successfully closing sales, while collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.


Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers.
  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with customers and design teams to define project scope.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed client interactions and sales activities in the CRM (Hubspot).
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CEO.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the home-building industry.
  • Proven success in inbound and outbound B2C sales, including cold calling and online presentations.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Formal sales training (academic or professional).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High level of self-motivation and personal drive.

Preferred:

  • Marketing experience (e.g., campaigns, tradeshows, webinars, presentations).
  • Social media expertise, particularly in a sales context.
  • Experience managing, hiring, training, and mentoring teams.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry, building science, or related fields.
