Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce | Website Design Support 

Project: Revelstoke Workforce Hub

Overview 

The Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce is inviting proposals from qualified web designers or firms to support the creation of a new workforce-focused section within our existing website. 

This section will support the evolution and growth of our Ambassador Program and integrate key workforce development resources, including the Revelstoke Job Board and training tools. 

This project aligns with broader initiatives to improve local workforce attraction and retention and will draw inspiration from other workforce hub models such as those launched by the Whistler Chamber and Columbia Valley Chamber. 

Platform 

The Chamber’s website is hosted on SquareSpace, with existing integrations in place for our CRM, GrowthZone. Developers do not require experience with GrowthZone to complete this project. 

Scope of Work 

• Develop a new workforce landing page integrated into the existing Chamber website. 
• Improve user flow between key tools such as the Job Board, Ambassador Program, and other resources. 
• Ensure a responsive and mobile-friendly experience. 
• Align visuals and tone with Chamber branding. 
• Set up Google Analytics and provide guidance on performance tracking. 
• Provide staff training or documentation on updating content and resources. 

Prioritization 

Preference will be given to current Revelstoke Chamber members with demonstrated expertise in website development, particularly within SquareSpace.

Project proposal with concept, budget, and timeline. 

Examples of similar work (especially workforce or Chamber-related). 

Information about your business/team and Chamber membership status. 

Optional: Pricing for ongoing maintenance or future support. 

Timeline 

RFP Submission Deadline: April 7th, 2025 at 12pm PST 

Contract Awarded: April 21st, 2025. 

Work to be completed within 8-12 weeks of project initiation.
