The Kootenay Boundary Division of Family Practice is seeking a PCN Project Manager and Clinic Liaison based in Revelstoke to support a key transition period as Revelstoke Family Physicians integrate into the KB Division and advance a Primary Care Network (PCN) proposal.

This is an ongoing contract (with the possibility of future employment) at an estimated 24 hours per week, with flexibility as demands fluctuate week to week.
