Part-Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This role will involve a mixture of bookkeeping and administrative work, with plenty of on-the-job training available for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
  • Knowledge of Xero is considered an asset
  • Bookkeeping, Business Administration or Accounting training are considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Expense entries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Client invoicing
  • General administrative support

Position Details

  • Starting at 1 day per week, with opportunity for growth
  • Initial in-office training available
  • Long-term, candidate must have a suitable home office/workspace for remote work
  • Flexibility to arrange either a contract position or employee role
