Twilightbite Food Truck is hiring for a line cook position. We are a local Japanese food truck business seeking positive and energetic staff to join our team.

Position: Full or Part time line cook position

Wage: $19~ (based on your kitchen experience)

Requirement: Valid driver's license, kitchen experience

Job Description

• Responsible for taking in-person orders, processing cash and card payment, and fulfilling online orders.
• Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes
• Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant's menu
• Maintaining freshness of product and rotating old product out
• Working with a team of Cooks to handle varying levels of activity
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and sate workspace at all times to avoid contamination
• Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at a variety of events and settings.
