Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Residential & Vacation Rental Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning private homes and short-term rental properties to a high standard, ensuring guests and homeowners enjoy a spotless and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces

Complete turnovers for vacation rental properties, including laundering linens, staging spaces, and restocking supplies

Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas as needed

Follow company checklists to ensure consistency and quality

Report any damages, maintenance needs, or low supplies

Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients and property owners

Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous residential or vacation rental cleaning experience (or willingness to learn)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks

Smartphone with data for accessing schedules and checklists

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Airbnb/VRBO turnovers

Familiarity with using cleaning apps or scheduling software

Weekend availability

Salary Range:
Starting Wage is $25.50 per hour.
