We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to join our small family-run lodging business for the summer season — with the potential (and preference) to extend into a year-round position for the right fit.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, takes pride in creating beautiful spaces, and appreciates a workplace surrounded by nature and mountains.

Position: Part-Time Housekeeping + Property Support
Wage: $27.80/hour (Living Wage Certified)
Hours: Guaranteed part-time hours, with the opportunity to increase to full-time hours during peak season if desired.
Typical Schedule: Between 10am–4pm, weekend availability required. Some flexibility with scheduling when occupancy allows

Primary Duties:

• Cleaning and preparing guest lodges between stays
• Ensuring cabins are guest-ready to a high standard
• Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance concerns
• Helping maintain a welcoming and well-kept property
• Occasional laundry and property support tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who notices the little things — perfectionists welcome
• Works well independently and takes pride in doing things right
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required
• Must have your own transportation — we're located just outside Revelstoke
