Job Overview:

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our rental properties for incoming guests and owners.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.

Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies.

Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are spotless and in good condition.

Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Cleaning Manager.

Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures to maintain consistent quality and appearance.

Work efficiently to complete turnovers between guest stays on time.

Handle cleaning supplies responsibly and ensure proper storage.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (short-term rentals, hotels, or hospitality preferred).

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.

Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is a plus.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
