Haus Experience Specialist - Gravity Haus Revelstoke

Join the Gravity Haus Revelstoke team and be at the center of the guest experience. This unique hospitality role combines front desk service with our Luft Café & Bar, making it ideal for someone energetic, personable and comfortable doing a little bit of everything. You will:

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins, check-outs and reservations
• Handle guest requests and help create memorable stays
• Prepare coffee and beverages, serve beer and wine, and assist with casual food service
• Process payments and keep the café and guest areas clean and organized
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance and the rest of the hotel team

We are looking for someone with hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Serving It Right is required or must be obtained upon hire.
