Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable lead hand Eavestrough Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in gutter installation, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and provides quality work. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain eavestroughs, gutters, downspouts and related components. 

- Measure, cut, and assemble materials for custom installations. 

- Safely operate tools and equipment such as ladders, drills, and saws. 

- Ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations. 

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. 

- Communicate with customers in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in eavestrough/gutter installation preferred, not mandatory. 

- Ability to work at heights and on ladders safely. 

- Strong understanding of hand and power tools. 

- Excellent problem0solving skills and attention to detail. 

- Valid drivers license.

- Ability to lift heavy materials and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
