Tourism Revelstoke is hiring a Destination & Sustainability Coordinator to contribute to our destination management and sustainability efforts. This role supports the Destination & Sustainability Manager in delivering programs that strengthen our community and support regenerative tourism goals.

This is a dynamic, hybrid position where no two weeks are the same. You can expect to work around 21 hours per week, with some fluctuation based on events, projects, and data collection periods. Our team typically works in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

Tourism Revelstoke has evolved from a traditional destination marketing organization into a leader in destination management. Our work goes beyond promotion, as we seek to actively manage the impacts of tourism, support community well-being, and help keep Revelstoke a thriving place to live, work, and visit.

Over the past few years, our destination management initiatives have grown from volunteer travel programs such as Wildfire Week and Thanksgiving Back, to sustainability training, community engagement and data-driven reporting. As we look toward 2026, we’re excited to bring on a new team member to help sustain our momentum and spark new ideas.

Support the implementation of Tourism Revelstoke’s Destination Management Plan and related annual tactical actions
