Conflict occurs in every workplace, and everyday. Knowing and using the key tools to navigate problem solving discussions is crucial for leaders. This course will prepare you for managing diverse personalities, having difficult conversations, knowing how and when to be assertive, and how to use various frameworks to solve differing challenges.

Leadership Lunch & Learn Series

This session is part of the Leadership Lunch and Learn Series. Each session is delivered in a lunch and learn format, and lunch is provided. The earlier part of the event is an opportunity to network, enjoy lunch, and get settled. The learning session will begin following this time.

Carolyn Gibson is the Entrepreneurship and Projects Coordinator with Community Futures Revelstoke and the Coach for StartUp Revelstoke. She brings extensive experience delivering leadership and business education, supporting managers, entrepreneurs, and organizations with practical tools for leading teams, navigating change, and strengthening workplace performance. Carolyn is known for her engaging, real-world approach and her deep understanding of the challenges faced by local businesses and leaders.
