COMMUNICATING BEYOND THE BASICS (October 16th 2024):
Master the power of communication in the workplace and the art of building positive connections with both staff and customers. In this course, you'll identify communication challenges and enhance listening skills with the goal of crafting a strategic plan for implementing impactful changes. 

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT (October 23rd 2024):
Conflict occurs in every workplace, and having the tools to navigate it is crucial for leaders. Responses to conflict shape outcomes. This course will prepare you for managing diverse personalities, having difficult conversations, providing meaningful feedback, and building stronger relationships. 

GOAL SETTING + TIME MANAGEMENT (October 30th 2024):
Master your schedule and achieve your goals through the alignment of objectives, resources, and timelines. Harness time management skills to stay motivated and avoid stress. With the strategies offered in this course, you'll transform your time investment into concrete and measurable outcomes.
