Join us for a fun, skill-building workshop designed specifically for non-profit boards and directors who are looking to enhance their strategic planning skills and understand how to integrate a balanced approach to their next strategic planning session. This workshop is ideal for ED’s and board members who want to understand how to align their organization’s financial health with other components of the operations in order to ensure they meet their long-term strategic goals. 

By the end of the workshop, participants will have been provided with a comprehensive framework that will assist them to integrate financial stewardship goals within the not-for-profit environment starting today. We will also explore how to operationalize strategic goals to ensure operational objectives are completely aligned with the long term vision of the organization.
