Community is ‘why’ we do this. When this studio was built, it was built to create a genuine space for you to come and release stress and tension, and grow as a part of this community.

Everyone and their mothers are ‘experts’ these days online. We’re real people with a LOT of experience and training. We aren’t trying to fit into an Instagram Image.

Our teachers are real people and practice/teach yoga because it changed their life, for the better.
