Whether you're carving fresh powder or charging down groomers, your body takes a beating on the slopes. This yoga class is designed specifically for skiers and snowboarders to improve flexibility, build functional strength, and support injury prevention both in and out of season.
Expect a balanced practice that targets key muscle groups used in skiing and riding—hips, hamstrings, quads, glutes, core, and lower back. We’ll focus on deep stretching to release tightness from long days on the mountain, combined with strengthening poses to enhance stability, endurance, and control.
