Join a Balu Yoga & Wellness instructor for a free yoga class.
This class is designed to help build strength and balance, with a focus of stretching. You can expect a flow style class with variation each week. Flexibility is not required. Come and connect with your practice and strengthen your body for people with an active lifestyle. No registration is required, however space is limited.
Doors will open at 3:30pm for the 4:30pm class and participants will be welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are advised to bring a mat if they have one, otherwise rentals are available for a fee.
