In this course, you'll open the toolkit of successful leaders, explore leadership models that can help you to foster growth and change within the workplace. We will also look at the influence of your personal values and understand the impact of emotional intelligence on your ability to lead yourself and others. 

Leadership Lunch & Learn Series

This session is part of the Leadership Lunch and Learn Series. Each session is delivered in a lunch and learn format, and lunch is provided. The earlier part of the event is an opportunity to network, enjoy lunch, and get settled. The learning session will begin following this time.


About the Facilitator 

Carolyn Gibson is the Entrepreneurship and Projects Coordinator with Community Futures Revelstoke and the Coach for StartUp Revelstoke. She brings extensive experience delivering leadership and business education, supporting managers, entrepreneurs, and organizations with practical tools for leading teams, navigating change, and strengthening workplace performance. Carolyn is known for her engaging, real-world approach and her deep understanding of the challenges faced by local businesses and leaders.
